“Outlaws” Top-Gang Member charged in court for ‘abusing’ 2 minors in a bar

A 42-YEAR-OLD Norwegian Member of the notorious and extremely violent “Outlaws” Motorcycle Club will face trial after he was charged with allegedly touching the privates of two minors inside a bar in Barangay Banilad, Cebu City.

Cebu City Prosecutor Simaco Labata found enough evidence to indict Knut Foseide with two counts of violation of Republic Act (RA) 7610, or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.

RA 7610’s Section 5 of Article 3 penalizes those “who commit the act of sexual intercourse or lascivious conduct with a child exploited in prostitution or subject to other sexual abuse.”

Bail was set at P80,000 for Foseide, who opted not to file his counter-affidavit.
On Oct. 28, 2012  complainants Joy and Pia (not their real names), both 17, were dancing with another female friend.

They attended the bar’s annual costume party with consent from their parents and were accompanied by adults.

Foseide approached them. He then allegedly embraced them and touched their privates.

“Terrified, we stopped dancing and ran away from him,” said the complainants in their affidavit.

They later learned Foseide went outside the bar and the accused touched two other female friends of theirs.

Responding police arrested the Norwegian.

While he was escorted by the police, Foseide allegedly called one of the victims and the complainants’ male friend names.

The accused also damaged some taxi cabs while he was trying to flee from the policemen.
